We’re very proud to introduce you to Dram Jam, a new concept in whisky tasting from Scottish Rogue.
Many events take the subject of whisky tasting very seriously. That air of snobbery and pretentiousness can be off-putting to those who just want to relax and enjoy a glass of something nice.
At Scottish Rogue we want to shed whisky’s unwanted baggage. We want to celebrate the spirit for what it really is, a great drink. Dram Jam will be an informal evening with good drams, good people and good music.
For £30 you get a welcome cocktail, 5 whisky samples and a live music performance. Plus access to the afterparty (DJ included).
7pm - 9:30pm: whisky tasting + live music
9:30pm - close: afterparty with DJ
We want our events to be a welcoming space for everyone – even those for whom whisky may not be a first choice. There will be an alternative drinks menu on offer. So any friends, or partners who want to come but don’t want whisky, are catered for.
We’re very excited about this event and hope to deliver something people will remember for a long time to come. At least, until we do it again. Hope to see you there.

ROGUES GALLERY ONLINE TASTING
We hosted our latest online tasting on Wednesday February 12th. A lively bunch of whisky lovers joined us to sample six interesting drams.
We enjoyed a light, fresh “North Highland Blended Malt” from the Thompson Brothers, followed by the limited edition Captain’s Cask from Black Bottle. Then it was onto Highland single malt Deanston for their 8-year-old Banyuls Cask Finish – definitely a contender for dram of the night. In the second half we enjoyed a Craigellachie from Master of Malt, a sherry bomb from Lindores that was part of the Casks of Lindores series and finally, it was off to Islay, virtually at least, for a drop of the Bowmore Vault Edition First Release.
