Scottish Rogue Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Scottish Rogue. By accessing or using our services, including tours, tastings, and events, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Booking and Payment

• Reservations: Bookings can be made through our website at http://www.scottishrogue.co.uk or by contacting us directly.
• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
• Confirmation: A booking confirmation will be sent to you via email upon receipt of payment.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

• By the Client:
  • You will receive a full refund minus a £10 administrative fee when you cancel more than 30 days before the scheduled tour date.
  • Cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before the tour date will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the tour date are non-refundable.
• By Scottish Rogue:
  • We reserve the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to safety concerns or insufficient bookings. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Changes to Bookings

• By the Client: Requests to change booking dates or participant details must be made in writing at least 14 days before the scheduled tour date. We will accommodate changes subject to availability.
• By Scottish Rogue: We reserve the right to make minor changes to tour itineraries due to factors beyond our control. Clients will be informed promptly of any significant changes.

5. Health and Safety

• Participant Responsibility: Clients are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or other special requirements at the time of booking.
• Alcohol Consumption: Participants must be of legal drinking age (18 years or older) to partake in tastings. We promote responsible drinking and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated.

6. Liability

• Insurance: We strongly recommend that clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering personal injury, medical expenses, and cancellation.
• Limitation of Liability: Scottish Rogue is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during tours, except where such loss, damage, or injury is due to our negligence.

7. Privacy Policy

• Data Protection: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

8. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
